Refund policy

For e-commerce orders we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a 15% restocking fee and customer is to provide return shipping. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.**

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at accounting@dynamitebikelab.com.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in new condition, with tags still on merchandise within 30 days, and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information. Also, please be advised we do not pay for return shipping of online purchases. Cost of return shipment is customer's responsibility.

In-Store Purchase Returns

Regarding in-store purchases, if there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition with tags on or are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee. 

You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). Please be advised we do not pay for return shipping of online purchases. unless the item has a mechanical component that is defective.  Cost of return shipment is customer's responsibility. We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. 

Quality of online purchases is verified prior to shipping with photos and video taken prior to and during packaging.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
