Due to the large variety of ebike and motor manufacturers we can no longer service all ebikes. The vast number of off-brand manufacturers has led to issues of low-quality products being brought to market which fail regularly and then lack part availability. Warranty issues cannot often be addressed because these companies are quickly out of business or manufacture only on a short-term basis and do not use parts compatible with other brands**
