Compatible with Peloton bikes not compatible with LOOK KEO pedals. Polyacetal with Teflon toe and heel inserts will engage/disengage with less friction and will be quieter as you pedal. Disengages by rotating foot to the inside or outside. Includes 2 cleats and mounting hardware
